IN HEARING, DR. MERYL NASS, ACCUSED OF "COVID MISINFORMATION", FIGHTS FOR HER MEDICAL LICENSE

In the 42 Years She Has Been Practicing Medicine, Dr. Nass Has Never Had A Patient Complaint

After initially having her license suspended by the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine for allegedly “spreading covid misinformation” and being ordered to have a psychological evaluation conducted by a doctor of the Board’s choosing, Dr. Meryl Nass, who has never had one patient complaint in her entire 42 years of practicing medicine and who is a pandemic expert, is fighting back.  On Tuesday, October 11, she finally had the opportunity to face the Board in a hearing. This program is an up-close view into a process that raises serious questions about the leeway medical boards have to abuse their power and destroy the lives of highly experienced, competent physicians with zero patient complaints in service of dangerous, scientifically fraudulent political agendas.

Hearing participants besides Dr. Nass and her lawyer Gene Libby, were:

Rebekah Smith, Lawyer and Administrative Hearing officer

Dr. Maroulla S. Gleaton, Opthamologist, Chair of the Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine

Dr. Holly Fanjoy, Emergency Medicine, Board Member

Dr. Renee Faye Leblanc, Internal Medicine, Board Member who initially presented Dr. Nass’s case to the board.

Dr. Brad Waddell, Surgeon, who labeled Dr. Nass an “attention seeker” as justification for the Board seeking a psychological evaluation

Dr. Gregory Jamison, Pharmacist, Public Member

Ms.  Lynne M. Weinstein, Realtor, Public Member

Dr Noah Nesin, Family Practioner, Board Member

Maine Assistant Attorney General Tim Steigelman
